Which delivery method should I choose at check-out?
If you wish to receive the arrangement within today, please select "Same-Day Delivery" as shipping method for a rush charge.
If you wish to receive the arrangement within 3 days or earlier than its normal availability, please select "Rush Delivery" as shipping method and specify your date in "notes".
How do I choose my delivery date?
Add the selected arrangement to your cart directly (ignore the date picker), enter your delivery date in the "Order Note" box before checking out.
Can I order arrangements that are not on this page for Same-Day/ Rush Deliveries?
Only the arrangments shown on this page are in stock for Same-Day/ Rush Deliveries. Arrangements availability varies time to time.
What happens if I order after the cut-off time? Can I still get same-day delivery?
Any orders placed after 2 PM will be delivered on the next day instead.
Can I use this service for outlying islands?
Unfortunately, our Same-day Delivery service is not available for outlying islands. If you wish to receive selected arrangements earlier, you may choose our Rush Delivery services.
Rush Delivery for outlying Islands: We will dispatch your arrangement next-day and send via express courier (1-2 business days), you will not be able to schedule an exact day for delivery but we will try to deliver it within 3 days.
