How long does it take to dispatch my order?
All of our arrangements are made-to-order, it will take us a minimum of 3 days to create and dispatch your order. Please note that some arrangements require a longer processing time, please refer to the calendar for each arrangement's date of availability.
What's included in my order?
Each arrangement comes with a complimentary gift card for a heartfelt message and a floral care guide.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or amend your order. However, if you would like to make any changes to the delivery address, please let us know, we are happy to help.
Can I return my order?
Due to the fragility of preserved flowers, we do not accept any returns for our floral arrangements. If your order arrives damaged, please let us know, we are here to assist.
What are your payment options?
We accepts all major credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
For local customers, we also accept bank transfer, FPS and PayMe.
Our Gift Cards have no expiration and can be used with other offers. The best gift is the gift they pick for themselves!
How do I get Free Shipping?
Orders above HKD 600 are eligible for Free Express Shipping to Hong Kong.
Same-day delivery is available for these arrangements at a rush charge.The cut-off time for same-day delivery is 14:00, orders placed after 14:00 will be delivered on the day after. If you wish to opt for same-day delivery, checkout without selecting the delivery date and select the "Same-day Delivery" option at the Shipping section.
Can I schedule my delivery?
Scheduled delivery is available and optional for selected arrangements, available dates for each arrangement are shown on their product page. If you would like to receive your order before its availability, please refer to these arrangements that are available for Rush Order.
How do I rush my order?
A selection of arrangements are available for rush at a rush charge. If you would like to receive an arrangement within these 3 days or before its availability, please indicate your delivery date at the "Note" section, and opt for the "Rush Delivery" shipping option during checkout.

Delivery Time and Fees
Delivery time varies based on the country you are located in, the estimated time and shipping fee will be listed at checkout. Please note that the shipping duration are provided by the courier as an estimation, and in no way are we responsible for any shipping delays after the dispatch.
International Duties and Taxes
All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information on whether you may or may not be charged customs/duty fees. Duties will be determined by the country of import of your order based off product value.
All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient. By placing an order, you authorize Le Fleuriste to import your product on your behalf and agree to Le Fleuriste delegating the import of your products to a third party.
