Same-day/ Next-day Delivery (Domestic)
Same-day or next-day delivery are available for selected products at a rush charge. The cut-off time for same-day delivery is 14:00, all orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed as next-day delivery and delivered on the day after. If you wish to opt for same-day or next-day delivery, please select the corresponding delivery option at check-out.
Processing and Delivery Time
All of your orders are handpicked and arranged with love by our florists, it will normally take us 3-4 working days to process and dispatch. You will receive an email once your order is confirmed and dispatched. Please note that some products required a longer processing time. For any special occasions or holidays, we suggest you to place your order earlier to avoid any late deliveries.
*As of the situation of COVID-19, we now only provide delivery scheduling for orders of our Small Square, Ombré, Lé Mini and Custom collections.
Delivery scheduling is available for domestic delivery ONLY (Hong Kong) for selected products, please choose your delivery date in the product page for each product before checking out. The earliest available delivery date will be indicated on the calendar, please note that different products might have different delivery dates available.
If you do not indicate a preferred date, we will dispatch your order in our regular processing time (3-4 working days).
To ensure you receive your arrangements at its best condition, hand-delivery will be used for larger arrangements (Small Square, Ombré, Lé Mini and Custom collections), there might not be a tracking number provided for such deliveries. For orders that opt for same-day/ next-day delivery, hand-delivery will also be used to ensure your order arriving on time.
Delivery by Courier
For orders of our smaller arrangements, a courier will be used for your delivery, a tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched. Your order will arrive in 1-2 business days, tracking number will be provided via email notification.
Do You Provide Free Shipping?
Free shipping is provided for orders above USD 40 delivering to Hong Kong, China, Macao, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand.
What Will be Included in My Delivery?
Each arrangement in your order will come with a personal gift card and a product care card, the arrangement will be sent in a gift bag for all domestic orders. For International orders, your arrangement will be shipped in our shipping box, should you wish a box without logo, please add a note at checkout.
All arrangements are eligible to ship outside Hong Kong to the countries listed below. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country. Regulations may prohibit importation of items made with exotic materials. Please note that the customer is responsible for any delayed caused by customs processing. We do not deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
United Arab Emirates
*Please note that all orders delivering to China, South Korea and Taiwan via EXPRESS DELIVERY must input consignee ID and full name (as per required by courier) in the notes at checkout to ensure a successful dispatch.
Shipping Providers and Options
All International orders will be shipped by SF express (Express Delivery) or HK Post (Standard Delivery -- delivery will be handled by your local postal services). Please note that some shipping options may not be available for certain countries.

Delivery time varies based on the country you are located in, the estimated time and shipping fee will be listed at checkout.
International Duties and Taxes
All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information on whether you may or may not be charged customs/duty fees. Duties will be determined by the country of import of your order based off product value.
All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient. By placing an order, you authorize Le Fleuriste to import your product on your behalf and agree to Le Fleuriste delegating the import of your products to a third party.
Additional Information & Fraud Verification
Some orders may require additional processing time in the case of identity verification. As we use a Third-Party Verification system, we have to wait until clearance is received before dispatching an order that had been flagged. Our team will notify the customer who's order has been flagged via email.
