All of our arrangements are handpicked and arranged with love by our florists, it will normally take us 3-4 working days to process and dispatch. You will receive an email once your order is confirmed and dispatched. Please note that some products required a longer processing time.

HK Domestic Delivery
Same-day delivery is available for selected products at a rush charge. The cut-off time for same-day delivery is 14:00, all orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered on the day after. If you wish to opt for same-day delivery, check out without selecting the calendar and select the "Same-day Delivery" option at the Shipping section.
A selection of products are available for rush at a rush charge. If you would like to receive an arrangement within 3 days, please indicate your delivery date at the "Note" section, and opt for the "Rush Delivery" shipping option during check-out.
Scheduled Delivery (Optional)
Delivery scheduling is available for selected products only delivering to Hong Kong, you may choose your delivery date on the calendar of the product page. Please note that different products might have different delivery dates available. If you do not see a calendar on the product page, your product is not available for Scheduled Delivery services.
If you do not indicate a preferred date, we will dispatch your order in our regular processing time (3-4 working days).
We provide Free Scheduled Delivery upon purchase of HKD$900.
All arrangements are eligible to ship outside Hong Kong to the countries listed below. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country. Regulations may prohibit importation of items made with exotic materials. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing. We do not deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses.

*All orders delivering to China and Taiwan via SF EXPRESS DELIVERY must input consignee ID and full name (as per required by courier & customs) in the notes at checkout to ensure a successful dispatch.
Delivery Time and Fees
Delivery time varies based on the country you are located in, the estimated time and shipping fee will be listed at checkout. Please note that the shipping duration are provided by the courier as an estimation, and in no way are we responsible for any shipping delays after the dispatch.
International Duties and Taxes
All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information on whether you may or may not be charged customs/duty fees. Duties will be determined by the country of import of your order based off product value.
All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient. By placing an order, you authorize Le Fleuriste to import your product on your behalf and agree to Le Fleuriste delegating the import of your products to a third party. Le Fleuriste will not be responsible for any delays caused by custom processing nor any fees related to customs/ duties.
What Will be Included in My Delivery?
Each arrangement in your order will come with a personal gift card and a product care card. For International orders, your arrangement will be shipped in our shipping box, should you wish a box without logo, please add a note at checkout.
If you have opted for the gift-wrapping option, all your products will be wrapped in a gift box, with a gift bag on the side as an extra gifting option.
Additional Information & Fraud Verification
Some orders may require additional processing time in the case of identity verification. As we use a Third-Party Verification system, we have to wait until clearance is received before dispatching an order that had been flagged. Our team will notify the customer who's order has been flagged via email.
